When does the free count reset?
On the 1st of every month. The toolbar popup shows how many you have left.
How do refunds work?
Write within 7 days of any payment and you get all of it back, no questions. Details in the refund policy.
How do I cancel?
From the link in your receipt email, or write to hello@surfaceagain.com. Your key works until the end of the period you paid for.
When do Pro and Team arrive?
When Drive and Calendar are ready and tested. Leave your email on the plan and you'll hear first.
Does Microsoft Outlook cost extra?
No. When it ships, every plan works in Gmail or Outlook at the same price.
